Providing you with the highest quality service is a Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate’s number one priority. The pledge to you is that your requirement, small or large, local or national will be managed with the utmost attention in providing authoritative, unbiased information, clear strategy, continual communications, and successful negotiations conducted with integrity.

One of the most critical functions of affiliation is to use the unique and highly effective marketing materials and sales tools for listing, presenting, marketing, selling and leasing real estate that Coldwell Banker Commercial has developed. Broad market knowledge, target marketing and day-to-day contact with the investment community enable Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliates to market properties to prospective customers far beyond geographic local boundaries.

Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliates are committed to continually augmenting their skills to improve services. Coldwell Banker Commercial has one of the most advanced, complete and effective education and training programs available in the industry. Regular participation in company-sponsored educational and training sessions, and industry-wide associations, such as CIREA, IREM, NACORE, ULI, SIOR, CCIM and ICSC, on the national and local levels keep affiliates on the leading edge of the industry.

Sponsorship of these national programs offers the opportunity to stay in tune with the latest business developments, issues and trends. Sharing the wealth of this knowledge makes it possible to create opportunities for you.

Whether you are selling a property, seeking to invest in a property, looking at lease space, or seeking help in leasing or managing a building, the Coldwell Banker Commercial system offers you a depth of resources to enhance value.

Celebrating 100 Years
Coldwell Banker Commercial® marks an important milestone in 2006, the 100th anniversary of the brand’s founding. The oldest national real estate organization in the country was founded among the ruins of the great San Francisco earthquake of 1906. Colbert Coldwell, who played a key role in rebuilding the city after the devastating quake and subsequent fires, witnessed his real estate contemporaries take advantage of the tragedy by acquiring property from vulnerable sellers at unfair prices. Shocked by their unscrupulous actions, he vowed to dedicate himself to providing an honest and knowledgeable alternative. Coldwell was soon joined by Benjamin Arthur Banker, and the two partners established a company committed to commercial real estate, imbuing their transactions with honesty and vision on behalf of their clients.
